Everything I produce remains entirely independent. Each piece is conceived, produced, and distributed by me alone, without the support of brokers, sponsors, or institutional investors. As a result, timelines are necessarily deliberate; every release reflects a hands-on process sustained through direct community support. Lucky Void is, in every sense, crowd-funded and artist-driven. Order timelines may be extended due to these factors. all pre-orders are a slot for the item and your item will go into production once the orders have concluded. To ensure quality your orders undergo QA by me personally and I only tolerate the best when it comes to products. All flags have a secret stamp on them to protect from fakes and fraudulent vendors. No other company is authorized to sell or resell my designs.

As a result there are NO refunds once products have been ordered and are in production. Any refunds requested before production will receive 60% back to cover order fees and will result in a ban from the shop. this is to ensure that your refunds do not hinder other's ability to get the item they're waiting for.
